Q: Clicking Noise in Dashboard while ts started

asked by on

My windshield wipers don't work they have a slow reaction when turned on and barely move and while my car is turned over there is a strange clicking noise in my dashboard by the steering wheel but when i pull my Fuse out for the wipers it goes away what is the issue?
My car has an automatic transmission.

The noise you are hearing is the wiper motor trying to park itself and is cycling the relay. Try replacing the wiper motor and relay to correct the problem.
