Q: Click no start

Hopefully I can get a real answer this time. Let me start by saying I just put in a new starter today. Had my battery charged. And my alternator tested. These things I have no issue with. My car shut off going 80mph on the interstate when I tried to accelerate. A red lightning bolt flashed as well as the check engine light. After I pulled over to the side I turned my engine off then tried starting it again. Nothing happened just a click I turned the key over, then the engine slightly turned. Then turned the key again and nothing happened. First thing I did was charge battery and put in new starter after this problem happened. The new starter does the same as the old. Just a click. The lightning bolt is supposed to signify an electric problem -per dodge associate. I get a 0480 code and a b212d code (ignition run circuit open)
