Q: Clattering noise when I start car and begin driving.

Clattering noise happens when I first start the vehicle and begin driving. Any advice greatly appreciated! What is the problem, repairs needed, type of shop/mechanic needed, and approximate cost? Here's a video of the sound:

Fluid levels are good, transmission fluid might look a little brown. Recent oil change.
