If your Acura’s A/C compressor seals are leaking, then it is very likely that the TSX’s air conditioner is not operating at its fullest capacity. Leaving this failed part untreated can cause damage to other components in the A/C system so it is important that it is addressed as soon as possible. The repair for leaking seals is a pretty straightforward one for a seasoned mechanic; they would simply replace the A/C compressor with a new or remanufactured part. Due to this repair involving liquid refrigerant (a hazardous fluid), I would recommend enlisting the assistance of a certified mechanic. They will have the proper equipment to safely remove the refrigerant from the system and make the repair.
