Q: Car won't turn over

asked by on

We have an MG kit car, which has a VW engine. It has not been driven in years, and I am having trouble getting it started. The battery has a full charge, the lights and radio work, but it will not turn over.

I would recommend a visual inspection of the main powers and grounds as well as having the starter and ignition key switch test should be performed. A qualified technician, such as one from YourMechanic can assist you in diagnosis and repair.
