Q: car won't start, stuck in park,won't read with OBD and Anti Theft active

Car won't start, Stuck in park{ has done it a couple month's ago}, Will not read with OBD and Anti Theft is on now. Changed my brakes last week my Calibers were sticking. Car was running fine before today. Checked the fuses they were fine. Please HELP I have had NO Starts before and my car would still scan.
My car has an automatic transmission.
