Q: Car windows not going up or down

All four windows on the car will not go up or down.

Being that none of the windows roll up or down, its more likely that the fuse controlling the main power supply to the windows could be blown. If the fuse is blown, it blew out for a reason. An electrical diagnostic of your car’s windows should be carried out by a qualified technician to reveal whether a short occurred in the wiring, or if one or more of the motors went out. The switch should also be checked for power, grounds, and proper operation.
