Q: Car will not start.

A few times during the colder nights my car was very hesitate to start but eventually would then one day it just stopped starting we jumped it with nonresponse . all the lights work and appear bright although the radio no longer works .I have replaced the starter and still nothing. My battery terminals are loose I'm replacing them now there is also a clicking noise in the fuse box under the hood when I attempt to start the car not sure what else to do also had the battery tested an it tested good.

My car has 17111 miles.
