Q: Car started with a jump start earlier today, but won't start now despite turning over.
I have a bad battery in my pickup. I jump started it this morning to take it to a service station. As soon as I put the cables on it started right up with no issues. The service station didn't have the right battery so I came back home to make some phone calls. I found a place that has the right battery, but when i went out to jump start it again, it just turns over but won't fire up. without the booster cables it won't turn over at all so I know i've got a good connection with the cables.
My car has 170000 miles.
