Car ran great and shifted great until had to slow down to turn. Then was like it was in 1st gear and felt like the engine brake on. Now the car will not move in drive (if it does it creeps very little) hold throttle to floor and engine pulsates. Can drive it in reverse and actually feels like you catch 3rd gear in reverse with low rpms. Can the engine brake be engaged all the time to cause this issue?
