There have been many reports of the turbocharger on your engine failing. Lack of power, noise, and white smoke being the top three symptoms. This is an expensive repair. If you have a power train warranty through Mazda or a third party, I would call them to follow their procedures. If not, then I would have a certified mechanic diagnose your car noise and inspect your loss of power.
