Q: Car is overheatting when driving on the freeway for longer than 30 mins.

While driving on the freeway for longer than 25 minutes going between 65-70 mph I notice my temperature gauge starts to go up. It goes even higher once i get into traffic, but starts to go back down when i drive faster but between 65-70 it starts to go back up.

My car has 208300 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
