Q: Car dying when turning ac off

asked by on June 22, 2017

Hi I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with 24,000 miles on it and lately it's acted like it doesn't want to start. Today when I put my car in park and turned my air off my car died. When I restarted it,it still acted like it didn't want to start. I have also noticed that when I press my gas pedal to accelerate up to speed my car seems to lag back a bit

My car has 24000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Will it hurt my motor to switch from synthetic oil to conventional oil?
Hi there. There are varied opinions about switching from synthetic oil to conventional oil (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/what-are-the-risks-of-switching-to-synthetic-oil-in-older-cars). I am old school and believe you stick with the manufacturer's recommendation for oil type. Nowadays, most conventional oils are a synthetic-blend. I believe BMW...
