Q: Cannot turn off car alarm.

asked by on

I disconnected the battery and now cannot turn off the alarm.

There are a lot of problems with Ford’s anti-theft device in that year model. You should be able to reset the anti-theft alarm by locking and unlocking the passenger side door with the key. If that does not work I would take it to the Ford dealer and have them disable it.
