Q: Smoke coming from my engine
I just had rack and pinion replaced and was driving it for the second day no problem when I started losing power and the motor kept cutting off I would bump start it thinking it was just a fuel problem at the time after three or four bump starts because it kept dying as I was rolling down the road I pulled into a parking lot and it started clunking like it had no oil and then died again pop the hood and a bunch of smoke coming from the pulleys area the oil was fine would a locked AC do that to my car or did I blow it up
