Q: Can I swap a 2006 2.2 Ecotec into a 2008 Cobalt

asked by on March 22, 2018

I have a 2008 Cobalt with a bad engine and I have a 2006 Cobalt with a good engine with a recked body. I know the two Motors are slightly different. My big question is can I put the 2006 motor in the 08 if I also use the 2006 wiring harness and ECU?

My car has 207000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
