Q: can i put an after market battery in 2015 Elantra

Can I put an aftermarket battery in the car? The dealership is acting like I can not go to Autozone and purchase a battery - they want to charge me almost $400 to replace it - It is 3 days out of warranty - Thats a whole other issue
