Q: Burnt Oil Smell behind engine

asked by on April 11, 2017

So for the past 3 month I've been having not so bad of an issue with my vehicle but I'm seeing and smelling burnt oil coming inside my hood, I've changed the cover head gasket. And still seeing the same results. I've been trying to investigate where the problem is coming from , hasn't affected my engine but am seeing the check engine service light come on now a days and disappears .

My car has 189000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
