I recently took my car (2016 Dodge Charger SXT) in for a regular oil change and inspection. The dealer I took it to recommended that I get new rotors for the front, I already knew that my brakes weren't in the best shape. Since I plan on doing it myslef, after I change the rotors and pads, is it necessary for me to bleed the brakes?
