Q: blinkers, windshield wipers, high beams, not working properly
Nothing on my steering wheel is working except for cruise control and one setting on the windshield wipers. my blinkers and caution lights do not come on and can not turn on high beams on vehicle. Also when all this started happening my vehicle now is slow at starting and by that i mean that when i turn the keys its almost like my battery is dead but i know the battery is good because i just tested it today and i have to turn and hold the keys for about 10 to 15 seconds before it actually starts.
