Q: Battery CCA

asked by on

Should I change the battery if the CCA drop from 350 to 245 ( low battery water). Is it the CCA will back to 350 after added battery water?

My car has 32000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

I would suggest you wait and investigate it further. If you have added acid to your battery and it seems good, don’t replace it. I would wait and possibly save yourself some money. Your battery is new enough that you shouldn’t have to replace it for a couple of years. However, if the problem comes back then have it replaced and your problem will be solved.
