Q: Alarm preventing from starting

My car alarm is preventing me from starting my car.

Your Mitsubishi Montero has several different alarm options that are factory installed. In order to repair or disable the alarm for inspection, the vehicle needs to be seen by the Mitsubishi dealership. hey have the dealer specific scanners that are needed to access the factory installed alarm. This will allow them to either disable the alarm or repair it. They may even program new key fobs for your Montero to get you back on the road driving safely.
