Q: Air conditioning slow to work

asked by on

My car will only blow cold air after a few minutes.

Hello. It sounds like your vehicle may be low on refrigerant. Performing an AC performance test will determine the cause of your problem and check the system for leaks. This test involves hooking up a set of gauges to check AC pressure. In most cases, the technician will be able to determine the issue of the AC system from the gauge readings.
