After putting new tires on there is a noticeable shake in the steering wheel. The dealership also changed the rotors and break pads ( not a BMW dealership) trying to fix the issue . 2 sets of tires ,alignmnent and balancing of the tires has not fixed the problem . It shakes going 30 miles an hour as well as 75.

My car has 67000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
