What brand of engine oil would you recommend. I'm looking for a good-quality 5w-30 full-sythetic Castrol Magnatrek 5w-30 Acea E3 and Petronas.

Go with the Castrol. That's excellent oil. I use that myself on motorcycles. I use it on customers' cars, too. It's excellent oil. You'll have a hard time finding better oil.

If you want to have the oil change done for you, have a mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, come to your home or office to perform this task.
