Q: acceleration is low

Acceleration is very low

My car has 12 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Hello, thank you for writing in. A loss of power may be fuel, spark, air, or electrical related in nature. All four of these components can be skewed causing engine malfunction. You will want to make sure the vehicle has good spark plugs and is getting voltage to them. If the problem does not revolve around the spark plugs, check into the fuel system. This can be done by making sure you are getting the right fuel pressure and making sure your injectors are working correctly (done with electrical testing). You may also benefit from scanning the vehicle for diagnostic codes although there are no warning lights yet. Either way, further testing will have to be done. For more diagnostic help, contact our service department.
