Q: Abs traction light on

asked by on

Changed out speed sensors and abs and traction light still on

Hi there:

You might be having this light still illuminated if the original OBD-II trouble code was not reset from the ECU by a digital scanner. It’s also possible that you have a problem with the ABS control module or one of the electrical harnesses connected to the ABS speed sensor. If you need help trying to diagnose this issue, or to reset those error codes, have one of our mobile mechanics complete a check engine light inspection.
