Q: A lot of car noise

asked by on

I believe the lifter push rod is bent or loose. There is a lot of noise. I have a new water pump and reset the timing.

Hi, how does the engine run? If the timing was off it won’t run as well as before and there is the possibility of damaging internal components. A certified technician, such as one from YourMechanic, would be able to help you diagnose the noises your car is making.
