Q: 98 Pontiac Bonneville. Replaced alternator, battery, fuel pump. Car still won't start. Part of electrical don't like seats windows

Has a new battery, alternator and fuel pump. It started then died. And cranks over but won't start. Half the electrical things work, the seats/ windows/ won't work.
My car has an automatic transmission.
