Q: 2011 Elantra/ 55km on it... AC works fine but blows warm air when idle

Cars AC works fine but blows warm air when idle.. also if idle too long the engine will shut off.. also noticed when I first turn the AC on it makes a weird hissing noise from inside the cabin and then will stop. what do these 3 issue point to?

My car has 34000 miles.
