Q: 2006 f-150 sprayed engine off at car wash, now engine light on, rough idle and maybe a miss fire any advise?

Left engine running at car wash, didn't turn off for 1/2-1 hour , no problems, stopped at store came out problems start as soon as I turned on HELP!!

My car has 150000 miles.
