Car flooded about a month ago during a storm, water came to about mid tire. Drove it up until now with no problems. Now after any type of turn (slight or full) or when coming to a complete stop the car hesitates and jerks even without pressure to the gas. Check engine light is on.

My car has 194421 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
