Q: 2002 Saturn SL2 battery was dead, failed jump, cranks but won't start after charge, all electrical works except for radio?

The key was left in the ignition overnight in the run position. Next day nothing would happen when the key was turned. No noise or anything. Tried to jump it with two different vehicles. Tried to jump it with a jump box. Cranks but won't start. Tried to recharge it with a new recharger. Same thing. All electrical works except the radio won't turn on or display time. The intake manifold was replaced a month ago, along with other radiator related items. The plugs were changed at the same time. The car had have a long history of over heating and nothing seemed to fix the problem. The head gasket was checked. It was fine. It has otherwise been a reliable car. oh, The battery is no more than 6 months old and the problem resulted from the key being left in.
