Q: 2000 Mercury Cougar, clutch maybe?
My car is grinding when I get up to about 30 miles per hour.
It's a 5 speed and it's grinding between shifting and downshifting or sometimes when I coast. Sometimes when going up a hill like my driveway the car starts bucking like I totally skipped the clutch part. It is quiet as can be in cruise control I just want it fixed and quiet again.
