Q: 1995 BMW 325is Loss of Power

asked by on April 25, 2017

I dont know what is wrong with this car it drives fine on a cold day but on a hot warm day the car bugs down and it misfires and the car sounds like it is restricted and the car has no power and even if you try to step on the gas the car will get stuck and will only accelerate at 2.5k rpm range and it will make a weird rubbing and dragging noise and when downshifting it makes a popping and cracking noise or in car terms it misfires we replaced the catalytic converter we changed the air filter, the fuel pump, the spark plugs, and we even used a scanner and everytime I turn the car on the check control light comes up and says washer fluid low and check coolant level and I already have refilled it but it goes away but no other lights come on the car will act fine sometimes but sometimes the car just completely takes a dump and sometimes when I on the car the hazard lights turn on randomly and when the car acts weird the car idles roughly and revs on its own. Please help anyone thanks.
