Q: 1989 Jeep Comanche 2WD 6 cylinder. my vehicle takes a long time to start, and in the cold it really has a problem

my vehicle takes a long time to start, and in the cold it really has a problem, I am replacing the battery today first time in 2ish years. my alternator is good, I replaced that not too long ago, engine cranks but wont turn over for at least 5-10 seconds. engine revs sometimes when in gear, slows down on hills, stalled once this week when I hit a speed bump.
