Q: 04 Hyundai Tiburon- freezing 5°-10°Driving on freeway therm was stuck C, then car lost power, quit. Now will turn over no start

04 Hyundai Tiburon- Outside temperature was 5°-10°. Driving on freeway 2 job interview, I guess thermostat was sticking cause gauge was stuck below C while driving, then car started loosing power, & quit, so pulled it back home. When trying to start now, car cranks, but won't turn all the way over to start. Please help! So, I can get 2 my rescheduled job interview. Thank you!
