Noe was very knowledgeable and worked fast and efficiently. There were some confusion in the beginning on the service, but that was due to YM's website's limitations, or my inexperience with using their appointment booking system, than anything involving my experience with Noe. I've booked a follow-up repair appointment with Noe. YM represents good value and convenience. I would definitely use Noe and YM again in the future.

I’m a petite woman that drives a beautiful Camaro Convertible. He was on time and did the job. I did a lot of research prior to setting up the appointment and knew exactly what the problem was and what part needed to be replaced so that made his job easy. He brought the part and I told him that would fix it and guess what...it did fix it exactly. No more is needed to be done and I’m happy.

Noe was great. He had to reschedule my initial appointment, but managed to come two hours early to the rescheduled time. Only took him about 20 minutes to finish his work. Would recommend.

Noe did a good job. He was efficient and professional. He took the time to discuss some questions I had and to give me some more information about my car and its systems. Plan on using this service and Noe again in the future.

Noe quickly determined that the work recommended by the auto shop (power steering pump replacement) was not necessary and wouldn't fix the problem. He did a thorough inspection and showed me exactly where the problem actually was (leaking engine gasket), along with several other issues that the auto shop missed. For each issue he showed me the evidence of the problem, explained whether it was urgent and what complications it could cause, and and provided a rough quote (that the website later showed to be reasonably accurate)

Now was very nice. Had my oil and filter changed in about 30-35 minutes. Looking him for my next services. I've been using Your Mechanic since 2014 and always get great service. They're honest and the cost is very reasonable. Thanks Noe.

Noe was great. he showed up early and fixed my brakes faster than I thought. I let me know about the back brakes which we will do on friday

Noe was great, got here early and had to wait for me since I was running late. He got right to work trying to figure out the issue with my car. We have a few odd issues going on so he told me step by step what we should do next and let me know he would also add his recommendations to our account (which he did within a few minutes of our appt ending). We will definitely have him back out if we need more help!
