William was prompt at his arrival time and explained things to where I could understand what was going on with my car. He was polite and fast. Thanks again William, Serena

Kerry was on time and did a great job.

Pleasure to talk to and David explained in detail on how the specific parts worked and what happened to them to make it fail. Fuel sensor unit was repaired without problem. The power steering pump however, encountered a small problem with a pinhole leak on one of the pressure hoses. It was dry before the repair (not enough pressure in the hose), but started leaking because the pump was finally doing it's job. One more appointment to get this going.
