How does the YourMechanic Gift Card work?

Provide us with your friend’s name, email address, and personal gift note, and then select the Gift Card amount. After you purchase the Gift Card, we’ll send them an email with your gift and note, along with a code to redeem the Gift Card. From that email they will be able to book a service with YourMechanic, and apply the Gift Card amount to their purchase.

Can I send a Gift Card to more than one person?

You can send as many Gift Cards as you like to friends, family and coworkers. There’s no limit.

I bought it by mistake. How do I get a refund?

Gift Cards are nonrefundable. Once you purchase a Gift Card, it is sent to your friend and redeemable towards any YourMechanic service.

What if there is a balance left after using the Gift Card?

If there is a remaining balance after the Gift Card is used, the balance will remain on the Gift Card for future purchases.

Does the Gift Card expire?

No, the Gift Card does not expire.

Can the Gift Card be combined with any other offers?

The Gift Card can be combined with other YourMechanic offers.

Can the Gift Card be redeemed for cash?

The Gift Card and any remaining balance must be used towards a YourMechanic purchase, and is not redeemable for cash.

Can I add more money to a Gift Card?

You cannot add additional money to an existing Gift Card. However, you can purchase as many Gift Cards as you like. There is no limit to the number of Gift Cards you purchase, or the number of Gift Cards you can send to any person.
