Tien was great. He serviced the car perfectly and gave me advice on other services I may need in the future. He accepted this job when others declined. He has a strong work ethic and follows through. He obviously knows his craft and did a great job on getting my daughter's car back on the road. I would recommend him without reservation. Thanks Tien for doing a great job.

Professional and thorough. Richard inspected a used car that I was considering buying and confirmed that everything was in working order and no major repairs would be necessary in the near future. The $85 inspection was money well spent considering how much money I was putting into the car.

Richard was so knowledgeable and generous with his information. In my experience as a woman, mechanics have a tendency to kind of talk down and be condescending. Richard made every effort to educate me and answer all of my questions. He also didn't think twice about going under the car when it was just starting to rain - which was impressive in and of itself.

All about Ball Joint Replacement

Ball joints are a part of your vehicle's suspension system that connect the steering knuckles to the control arms. A ball joint is essentially a flexible ball and socket that allows the suspension to move and, at the same time, the wheels to steer. Cars and trucks will have multiple ball joint assemblies depending on their type of suspension system. Like any other suspension component, ball joints will eventually wear out and become loose. Excessive play in the joint can affect wheel alignment and tire wear. Loose joints can also cause suspension noise (typically a "clunking" sound when going over a bump). If a ball joint fails, the suspension can collapse, causing a loss of control of the vehicle.
