Mark

When I had terrible experience on my van, for which the service was left unfinished by previous mechanic, I was furious when I called yourmechanic, but the service representative was calm in explaining the warranty and immediately arranged appointment with Mark. Mark heard the whole story and immediately checked pressure test and realized that the fix previous mechanic did was totally unfinished. He promised to do everything he could and clearly mentioned upfront that he would test again along with road test. He appeared trustworthy and professional unlike my previous mechanic and assured me to fix the problem (replacing water pump) as well as fix the noises from timing belt that was damaged by previous mechanic. I appreciate the work done by Mark and I totally would recommend him. Also would prefer to have Mark as my mechanic for future services.

Matthew was very professional and informative. I felt very comfortable in our conversation about my Trucks issue. I was impressed enough with Matthews knowledge and courteous attitude that I had him schedule my truck battery to be taken care of but also scheduled an oil/filter change. I just may have found my new mechanic.

All about Radiator Hose Repair

Radiator/cooling system hoses are an important part of your car's cooling system, which is designed to keep the engine from overheating. When your car’s engine is running it creates heat. The radiator/cooling system hoses carry coolant through the radiator and back through the engine to keep it operating at an optimal temperature. There are mulitple hoses in a given system. An upper hose connects the top of the radiator to the top of the engine. A lower hose connects the bottom of the radiator to the water pump of the engine, which keeps coolant flowing through the system.
