Brikk

Brikk was great with my little 2002 Corolla! He was on time and went straight to work. Replaced the Drive Belt Tensioner and my car is running quietly once more. He finished the work in less time than anticipated and put air in the tires and checked the brakes. He suggested some things for future thought just to keep my "Lexie", running in top condition. I have already recommended YourMechanic and Brikk to friends. It was a great experience and I will definitely call Brikk again when the time comes to do some additional work.

Fred replaced the valve cover gaskets on my 2000 Toyota Sienna. He looked like he could have done it blind folded. I recommend Fred for any car repair.

Phieford arrived about fifteen minutes before the scheduled appointment (I guess it helps being the first customer of the day), and he quickly did the replacement. Was able to have inquire about other available services and he gave me a quote that was pretty competitive when compared to the "brick and mortar" shops. Will consider using him again for further services when it arises!

All about Ignition Coil Replacement

Ignition coils transform low voltage electrical power 12 volts D.C. to high voltage current 50,000 volts D.C. or higher. The spark generated by the ignition coil ignites the fuel and air mixture in the engine that enables the car to start and run smoothly. If an ignition coil is not working properly, no spark will ignite the air fuel mixture, causing a misfire. A bad ignition coil can severely damage the engine or catalytic converter. If your car is equipped with “coil over plugs,” then it is recommended that you replace the spark plugs. If your car uses a single coil for the ignition system, it is not necessary to change the spark plugs.
