By far the best experience I have had when servicing a vehicle. I chose this company because of convenience, and will use again because of the outstanding service. Matthew was able to diagnose and correct my vehicles issue while parked in my driveway. He took the time to explain the issue and was extremely professional. I will definitely be referring him and this company to friends and look forward to using them in the future.

Roland

Exceeded all expectations. Very impressed with the quality of the technician; extensive knowledge and service standard high level certifications achieved. I felt a little guilty that all I had for him to do was an oil/filter change. Despite the rather simple job (relatively speaking), he handled my vehicle and my property with a great deal of respect. Roland took plenty of time to explain to me the findings of his inspection of my vehicle. Unlike so many instances having my car serviced at the dealer (where they invariably assert the urgent need for expensive maintenance parts and service), Roland's advice was offered in such a way that I did not get the usual nagging suspicion that I was being taken for a ride (so to speak). I am EXTREMELY impressed with all aspects of my initial encounter with the business and their technician. I will most certainly be in contact with this service again. Roland is an exceptional asset to YourMechanic; as long as he is available for my automotive needs in the future, I will continue to be a customer. Thank you!!!

All about Water Pump Replacement

The water pump, a container made of aluminum or iron, is part of the cooling system. It contains an impeller (looks like a fan) that circulates water and coolant throughout the cooling system, keeping the engine from overheating. It is located in the engine compartment. For the water pump to work, it needs to turn. This is accomplished either by the drive belt or timing belt/chain. If the water pump is not working, the coolant will not circulate through the cooling system causing the engine to overheat and get severe damages.
