On time. Had required test equipment to perform required tests. Knowledgeable. Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills. Able to explain in plain language, no jargon. Thorough, with no wasted time. Was in no hurry to get away. Has a personality, unlike some of the robots I've dealt with on other occasions. Having worked in a people-centric occupation for 30 years, I appreciate his professionalism. Lastly, I appreciate and feel better when a contractor shows up in a clean vehicle, he knows where his tools are without having to root through 3 tool boxes. Cleans his equipment before putting it away. 10 all around. Definitely feel like I got more than expected.

Answered by Derek

Too many vibrations when i’m driving on the road
Answered by Michael

Lots of rust on a newish car, what happened?
Answered by Derek
Unfortunately, there is no stop to rust. It happens to all cars that are regularly exposed to the elements, but some parts of the country are worse than others. But don’t worry, Nissan is aware of the issue and has...
