This is no the first time Tien helping on fixing my car. This time I was try to do the brake fluid flush for the appointment made. But last night, I noticed that rear brake pad worn out, need to replace too. So I messaged him, and he called me before on the way to my site, and updated the appointment, and also flexible on the parts I might have. He brought parts as backup too, including the sensors. Very thoughtful. Once the service was done, he also pointed out that my rear tires inside worn out, need to replace ASAP; the valves gaskets need replace too. Very helpful and knowledgeable on the car.

Jim wanted to see if he could start a little early. Was at church, but could afford to get home a little earlier to help him out. He arrived while I was in my front yard. Introduced himself. I went over the issue. He explained to me the YM 'regulations' and got started on the work. Was finished before the estimated time. The work was performed approx a week ago...so far so good. No issues. Will use again.

Amor was a great mechanic. Unfortunately I have had awful service with your company. Every time I have booked a service my mechanic has been over an hour late. If they weren't late then if would be notified that my service needed to be rescheduled only after my appointment was supposed to begin. I was scheduled an appointment with someone on Monday 9/25, and was told it needed to be cancelled and rescheduled for 9/28 at 9am. I don't get any contact for an hour so I call the customer service line to be told Trezdon does not work there anymore. The only thing that could be done is to reschedule again... So disappointed with your in reliable service. You lost a customer who was giving you positive word of mouth marketing.

Cost is too much.. for 20 to 30 dollars I can get oil change with tire rotation, filling fluids air check, if I should have gone outside.. they charged around 110 for just oil change and tire rotation.. no air check no filling fluids... I have to pay additional money to buy distilled water and coolant liquid as they were less.

Frederick changed the timing belt on my Acura MDX with no problem. It was really convenient to get this repair done on a Sunday at my home. In addition, the price for this service was by far a lot less than the dealership with the same level of expertise.
