He kept me in the loop of his ETA, he was running late (which I absolutely had no problem with) but kept me updated up into the time he arrived to the time he finish the work, which was nice and extremely helpful. He was super professional, came prepared, knowledgeable, serviced my car and I called it a day. Couldn't of went any easier or better. Marco was an excellent mechanic. He was very friendly and personable. He was very honest and could have sold me more services but found that we had left on a light and just charged up the battery. Marco took his time and did not rush off. He fully charged the batter for 20 minutes and waited 10 more minutes to see that the charge stayed in the battery. I enjoyed his conversation and he was patient with my wife and I.

Michael deserves a full 5 stars for his honesty and work. I had rated him earlier at 4 stars because he broke the temperature sensor but admitted it right away and said he would return with the part and fix it at no charge, I admired his awesome honesty but was not sure if he would follow through and hence the 4 stars rating earlier. But he followed through and it was all completed and so he deserves the full 5 stars for his knowledge, experience and above all his integrity and honesty which is not common with the mechanics these days, So he needs to be recognized for that. I might give him a 4.95 stars which is not possible because he forgot to put back the tensioner pulley dust cap and could not find it later. Its a minor part and cant be bought at the store either which is annoying but I would still give him 5 stars because of his honesty, efficiency and knowledge. He was quick and efficient. Keep up the good work Michael.

Jamie is a master at his craft he was able to diagnose the problem and locate the leak. I thought I needed a radiator hose but was actually another hose. He made sure he got it fixed and got me on the road again asap. Definitely went above and beyond for me and am sure that's just his everyday work ethic.

Although Alex was about 1.5hrs late apparently due to a mix up, he was very cordial and professional. We were told by our AAA technician that we needed to replace the alternator. However upon inspection, Alex concluded that in fact it was the battery that was faulty rather than the alternator. We really appreciated his honesty and saved us some money. I will certainly recommend to friends and family.
