After having had a horrible experience w a mobile mechanic last year, you can understand why I would be reluctant to hire another one. However, after my Maxda 3 went into Limp Mode yesterday leaving work, because my transmission started slipping, I immediately thought of YourMechanic. The reviews on Yelp were outstanding & I needed this done right away. Wilson was on time, early in fact. He was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. We had a great conversation about my car, what it needed. I know some things, I'm not a mechanic obviously, but he was never condesending while talking to me about the job, which had been my experience in the past. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with my experience, so much so, they while he was still working on my car, I scheduled him for another big job this Monday afternoon. Excellent experience with this mechanic. I have worked on my own vehicles, and had others work on them for me since the 90s. Whingy is a standout among the mechanics I have dealt with. He explains exactly what he is doing, and why he is doing it. He gave a lot of detail about what is going on with my 20+ year old truck, and this guy definitely looks out for the customer. Very prompt, and the work was done fast. Highly recommended!
