He pays attention to details and goes above and beyond! He actually even complimented me for having troubleshot the problem. Appreciated! He changed out the part, checked all my fluids and made some recomendations that I will be scheduling. We had some great conversation. He loves what he does! Thats two cars he has fixed for me. Trying to get somebody on the phone was a big problem though...30 minutes on hold is not good! No reflect on Joshuas work.

Joshua is definitely well versed in car engines. He determined the problem in less than 30 seconds compared to my last mechanic (BigO tire) attributed the problem as my Rav4 is old high mileage car. Lol. And that's going to be my last time giving them my money! I knew it came from the belt area of the engine! Joshua confirmed it as a failed bearing in the water pump. I am definitely impressed with Joshua's knowledge in cars and his professionalism and good all around guy to be a good friend who knows cars. I will defintely tell my friends and family about him.

Jason can do the work very quick. The knowledge he has as a mechanic is very insightful. It's good to know what cars use in their technologies and Jason will tell you what's happening. He cares about the service being worked on and I would recommend most customers to give him a call with YourMechanic. He noticed a crack in my reservoir when I bought a used car. WOW! Professional, knowledgeable, honest. I needed a 'Pre Purchase Inspection' on a vehicle I was buying from a private party. It was a 2011 Lexus that had a 'too good to be true' sale price but had a salvage title. Gary took about an hour plus to inspect the vehicle and was already covering my areas of concern before I even asked.
