This job was replacing a timing belt on a 2003 Toyota Sequoia. My neighbor had the same job done on his Tundra by our local shop only a week ago and paid $550 (labor only) so the quote of $285 from YourMechanic was a no-brainer. Gary arrived on time and did a very professional and proficient job, everything was rebuilt and torqued against the manual. I have now booked him again for some brake work. Gary is excellent! He came prepared in case the problem was the ignition switch, and not the starter (as I said it was). He did everything he said he would do and did it efficiently & and told me exactly what he was doing, so I learned a bit as well. I couldn't have asked for more. I don't know what you're paying him, but it should be more. It's too rare that you get exactly what you bargained for. With him, you do.

Jose provided a pre-purchased inspection. Jose arrived early for the appointment and took very good notes of the car. He provided many photos from many angles which was great, as I was able to see crucial parts of the car. He was also very informative about certain aspects of the cars visual appearance and it's mechanical capability. Overall an excellent mechanic, and I would definitley book him again.
